Overview

PatchRx focuses on solving the problem of missed medications that affect patients and the healthcare industry. The company uses its suite of products, PatchCap, PatchRX Web & Mobile apps, to monitor and report missed adherence events from patients to pharmacists and providers. The mobile (iOS & Android) app is a medication tracker that empowers users to never miss a medication and be rewarded for it with gift cards.

I worked on PatchRx's web & mobile apps as the sole designer for a period of time and then in a two-person design team.

Responsibilities

  • I planned and executed qualitative and quantitative research plans to provide contextual insights and design validation for my design and product teams.
  • Created wireframes and prototypes of patient and provider interactions.
  • Designed core functionality of new product offerings as we pivoted to a new market.
  • Created user personas and journey maps to create a shared understanding of our users.
  • Managed and iterated on a robust Figma design system.
